Adobe has just updated the Export screen in the Premiere Pro 2022 release, so this tutorial will break down the new process.

Quick Export
If you are just doing a simple export, you can follow these instructions:
- Click anywhere inside the Timeline
- From the top menu choose File > Export > Media
- In the left column make sure the Media File option is selected
- Then in the Settings column change the following settings:
- File Name to a descriptive name
- Next to Location click on the blue file path and navigate to the folder where you want to export the video
- For Preset choose Match Source – Adaptive High Bitrate
- For Format choose H.264
- Then click the Export button at the bottom of the dialog box
